Sorry I've been absent. Was accepted into my school's nursing program, and now I literally don't have time to eat. I miss all of my friends here and the great art. Maybe spring break I'll get to take some cool pictures. Hope everyone is doing well that stops by.

So as the last two photos suggested, I have a new toy to play with.  I've been wanting a macro lens but the 300 dollar price tag has kept that a fantasy for now.  That and my Pentax is almost 8 years old, so I wouldn't mind upgrading it eventually.  I discovered the Raynox snap on lens, which is quite a bit less.  It was rated well so I figured I'd give it a shot.  So far I'm impressed.  It snaps over another lens and you go from there.  You pretty much have to use a tripod or you're going to have a bad time.  I now also appreciate why a macro rail would be a good idea. :D  Well anyway, I look forward to testing it out, probably after this we

I'm going to try out a new watermark and will probably go back through my old deviations and add it.  If you think it detracts too much let me know.  I'm going to try and keep it small :D Also, I'm going to try and start giving a heads up to some people that have really amazing art in whatever form...I'll say weekly, but school is about to start up so that's probably a lie.  But yeah, definitely worth your time to take a look at their galleries.  Some of them don't have as many views as they should and others have thousands and they should :D  Also hopefully I don't screw this up...
